Powered by the STIHL 36V AK range of lithium ion batteries, the MSA 70C-B is a powerful and lightweight chainsaw that is ideal for domestic users for managing garden maintenance and logging fire wood. With a working time of 45 minutes from a fully charged AK30 battery, this chainsaw will make light work of any task without the need to re-fuel and giving you the benefit of low noise and high power.
With a new, improved design from the MSA140 C-B, the MSA70C-B has up to 25% more cutting performance but with all the great features. The Quick Chain Tensioning allows you to get a precise chain tension without the need of a tool and the QuickStop Super chain break gives you peace of mind for optimal safety whilst using the chainsaw. The chainsaw features a potentiometer allowing you to infinitely adjust the speed.
Weighting just 2.9kg it gives the user a comfortable experience with a rubberised soft grip handle and vibrations as low as 4.3m/s2 (left) and 4.8m/s2 (right) whilst the oil tank has a transparent viewing window. The high cutting performance and precise finish is due to a 1/4" PM3 saw chain.
Comes complete with the 2 x AK30 batteries and AL101 charger.
